Description
In this daytime hand building class we will spend 8 weeks learning how to build clay vessels or sculptures using slabs and other techniques. We’ll be covering/reviewing the basics for newer students and challenging experienced students with techniques to create bigger pieces using slabs. This class is for all levels.
Up to 4 hours per week of non-class independent studio time are included with class tuition. $300 includes materials. Class meets for 8 sessions.
Tools are available to borrow from the studio, and must be cleaned returned after each use. We suggest having your own tools-Basic tools can be purchased online, at a clay supply company, or through The Handle Factory.
