This class meets Thursday evenings 6-8pm for 8 weeks
Embrace your creative self! Whether you’d like to take the leap into trying sculpting for the first time or have sculpted before, you are welcome to join the Sculpture Lab. Come with specific goals and/or with an attitude of play and curiosity! Demos will be based on student requests: realistic figures, creative monsters, abstract art, garden figures, tiny figurines, reliefs to hang on the wall, etc. etc . Wade is adept at helping you bring your ideas to life!
Class tuition is $280 includes materials and firing.
4 hours of independent studio time are included per week.
Wade Boswell approaches teaching art as a way to help everyone discover their inner artist. (We all have one!) As an artist and educator, Wade delights in helping students develop their skills along with their own style, confidence and joy of creating.
Having been an elementary classroom teacher, a middle school homeschool art teacher, a mentor to college student leaders and an arts and crafts teacher in nursing homes, Wade has literally taught art to ages five to 101!
